If you require financial assistance to send your student to camp, please complete a Financial Aid Request form and return it to the church office. Financial Aid Request Forms are availabe 1) in the church office; 2) Online via FPBConnect; or 3) click HERE to print the form. Fill out completely and return to the church office. If you have questions, please contact your student’s Ministry Director, or our Camp Registrar via email or by calling the church office.
