Rev. Marcos Ortega received his Masters of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. Before being called to be the Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Marcos was the Planting and Lead Pastor of Goodwill Church Beacon in upstate New York, a branch of a multi-site church in the Hudson Valley. While in the Philadelphia area for seminary, Marcos also served at Langhorne Presbyterian Church as the Director of Discipleship and Contemporary Worship.
Marcos has been married to his wife Erin since 2009 and they have two daughters, Aria and Gabriella. In his down time, he loves sports, movies, books, trying new foods, travelling to new places, ad robust conversations with friends.
