Megan joined the First Pres staff in 2015 as the Administrative Assistant. She is one of the first faces you see in our office. She schedules campus events on our calendar, does special projects for the Pastors and Director of Operations, keeps the website and app up-to-date, and a wears a variety of other hats.

Megan grew up in the small northern California town of Loyalton. She graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts from Simpson University. Before joining the team at First Pres, she was a middle school teacher. Megan moved to Bakersfield in 2005 and has worshipped at First Pres ever since. Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board and card games, volunteering with the high school ministry, and watching as many Atlanta Braves games as she can.  She is a doting aunt to her niece, Hazel.
