Connect Groups

At First Presbyterian Church of Bakersfield, it is our mission to provide a place where people can explore their faith, doubts, and questions; discovering who Jesus is and how that matters in relationships… in real life. One of the best ways for this to happen is in a Connect Group!

A Connect Group is a small group of people who seek to connect with God and with each other through meeting together for mutual encouragement, prayer, Bible study and service. Whether a long time member of First Pres or a first time visitor, being in a Connect Group can help you connect with God and with others in ever deepening ways. Our hope is that each member would grow to know Christ, love each other and bless the world as they connect with God in the scriptures and with each other. Our small groups meet on a variety of days at a variety of times. To find the connect group for you, click here

 

Adult Sunday School

Join us Sunday mornings at 10:30am. This Scripture study is lead by the rotating team of Cathy Cummings, Bill Galbreath, and Shirley Byrd.
